De-Mineralization Plant consists by two mild steel rubber-lined /FRP pressure vessels. These vessels are filled with strong acidic cation exchange resin and strongly basic anion exchange resin. The modular construction of this type system is only dependent to the different types of raw water. Degasser modules for the range Of C-A units are also available. These are useful for raw waters containing a significant amount of alkalinity. We achieved treated water of law conductivity (< 10 Microsiemence/cm) with pH of 7.5 to 8.5 the DE-Mineralization Plant outlet.
De-mineralizing systems are very widely used for the various type of industrial process. If silica removal is not necessary the system may consist of Hydrogen –cation exchanger unit and a weekly basic anion exchanger unit usually followed by a degasifier to remove carbon dioxide by aeration, when silica removals necessary then degasifier design between the strongly basic cation exchanger unit and strongly basic anion exchanger unit to removed carbon dioxide.
